We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a $10 flat rate shipping fee. Whilst we deliver to most locations nationwide, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges or cancel orders where freight services are limited or unavailable.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched during business hours. Estimated delivery timeframes are 7-10 business days within NSW and 10-14 business days for orders outside NSW. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year, delivery times may vary.
DIRECT SHIPPING
With direct shipping, your Fatboy eBike is delivered to your address in its original factory packaging to ensure safe transport. The bike arrives approximately 95% assembled, with minor assembly required before riding, such as attaching pedals, adjusting handlebars and completing final checks. Assembly typically takes 15–20 minutes and instructions are included. The shipping carton measures approximately 190 x 26 x 90 cm and weighs around 48 kg. While assembly is straightforward, we recommend professional assembly to ensure optimal performance and compliance with warranty requirements.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for customers who prefer their eBike fully prepared prior to collection. When selecting local pickup, your bike is professionally assembled, safety checked, tuned and prepared by our team. This includes battery setup, system checks, fitting of any purchased accessories and a detailed handover upon collection so you can ride away with confidence. You will be contacted once your bike is ready for collection.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and contents and notify the courier immediately. You may be required to assist with completing the courier’s claims process in the event of damage or loss during shipment.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer 7-day returns for online purchases only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and products must be returned in their original packaging. If original packaging is not available, a refund may not be granted. Any damage caused by improper repacking may result in repair costs being deducted from the refund. All returns must receive written approval via email prior to being sent back. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
